I heard an interesting tidbit on NBATV. They had his coach in the NBADL on and he was asked what the NBA teams ask of him to do with the players. He said Dijon was an interesting example. He said the Suns asked him to develop Dijon's work ethic. He also said they told him that Dijon was going to be there for only 30 days. He said the Suns didn't say what would happen in 30 days, but he's assuming someone from the organization may come and see how he's doing before that. He said Bryan C. calls and asks how he's doing.

I thought it was interesting the Suns didn't ask to have him bulk up, work on conditioning, etc. They want his work ethic developed? That doesn't sound good.
