The brother of figure skater Nancy Kerrigan has been charged with assaulting their 70-year-old father, who was found dead over the weekend in the family's Massachusetts home. Woburn District Court Clerk John Teevan says 45-year-old Mark Kerrigan faces arraignment Monday on a charge of assault and battery on a person over 60 that resulted in injuries.
