I read that article earlier and immediately thought of Kerry Rhodes. They went as far as to say a "defensive back."

It's a shame he doesn't have a job. The man can flat out play football, who cares what he does in the bedroom?

the tough thing about using Jason Collins as an example of bias is who knows if Collins would be on a team this year. he's pretty old...and pretty ineffective. he might have been out of the league anyway.

the Rhodes thing though...that stories pretty transparent, IMO.

The main reason Rhodes isn't playing was in that article, he wants too much money.

If one or more does come out prior to training camp and is already under contract and if he/they get cut there is going to be some major grounds for a lawsuit.

No there won't. Teams don't have to justify why they cut a player. The case wouldn't even make it to court.
