“I keep seeing where Anquan Boldin wants to be traded from Arizona, or he wants to be paid like Larry Fitzgerald,” Johnson said. “Anquan, you’re a glorified T.J. Houshmandzadeh, so cut it out. They’re the same player. You want $11 million? Why don’t you take the $8 million they’re offering and be happy? You’re not Larry Fitzgerald.”

Except Housh is one of the most overrated receivers in the league and Boldin is actually good. And Boldin has been quiet since switching agents. Coincidence?

This is the same guy that the Bucs deactivate for a whole season now all of a sudden he's giving advice? He's the first diva WR. What a hypocrite

He's staying true to his diva roots. Thinking without speaking and demanding that others conform to his thoughts and wishes.

Slightly different but Keyshawn has been hosting Rome is Burning all week I guess Jim Rome is on vacation. Today he was doing his read the teleprompter I'm an insider monologue and there were 3 parts where while talking about Terrell Owens they abbreviated it TO, but Keyshawn read it as TWO. It was pretty hilarious, I could see him making the mistake once but 3 times can you be any more obvious that you're reading something someone else wrote?

Housh and Q are the same player, except Boldin is 20 lbs heavier, much tougher, and averages way more catches, yards, and TDs. Other than that they are the same player. Okay Key...

If they were Baldwin brothers, Q is Alec and Housh is Stephen

First off.. Im not too happy with Q.. Just saying.. But Keyshawn is calling out Q? ha ha

Theres a thing they call the pen is deadly than the sword..

But this is the NFL.. A sport where toughness and heart are the only measures that matter.. Key never had his face broken only to return 5 games later.. Nope.. Keyshawn used his pen in his rookie season to author an autobiography called "Give Me The Damn Ball".. Q in his rookie season did nothing but break records.. Q hasnt been told to go away at any point for being a distraction.. I really have to wonder what gives Key the right to say these things, now that he's apart of the media.. Something, it seems Key was always auditioning for.. He's always seemed to be better suited for rating and not his football skills..

Q would eat him up on the feild.. And thats the only thing that matters.. So thats brings me to the other thing they always say.. Always leave it on the field.. Only thing Key left on the NFL field is his shattered dreams..

I would have no problem with having TJ starting opposite Fitz any more than Q.

Whether it is true or not, I think Q needs to hear it. He needs a reality check.

I could be wrong, but I think that I remember Rome calling T.O. "two" to pokie fun at him. Maybe Keyshawn was playing along. But as I said, I could be wrong, especially since I didn't see it.

I think it's funny that Meshawn had the audacity to put himself in the same category as Michael Irvin.

If housh is overrated then you are also calling Boldin overrated. Over the last 6 season can you tell me which reciever is Boldin and which is Housh.

Reciever 1 - 80 games - 6.28 catches per game, 12.9 yards per catch, .5 TD's per game, 13 fumbles.

Reciever 2 - 75 games - 6 catches per game, 11.4 yards per catch, .48 TD's per game, 3 fumbles.

Reciever 1 only has slightly better stats but way more fumbles. You guessed it, Boldin is Reciever 1 and Keyshawn is very much so correct when he says that Boldin is a glorified Housh, meaning only slightly better, production over the same amount of time is proof of that. Both are very good possesion recievers and in the same class IMO, production wise.

Not to nitpick, but:

- You rounded up Housh's catch total, but not Boldin's. It's a minute detail, but still.

- You put Boldin at 13 fumbles. I only count 12, and only 8 lost- which is the only part that matters. Who cares if he fumbled and recovered it?

- By starting at '03-'04, you are letting Housh start with his 4th season in the league while starting Boldin at his first. Not exactly the fairest comparison.

They are not really comparable. Boldin has 714 more yards than Housh even though he's played 23 fewer games. Twenty three.

Send this to Boldin's agent.

I love it when people start with "not to do x", and then do exactly that. :trout:

While you make decent points, but the bottom line is if you had to assign a value to Boldin, you wouldn't be able to find a much better match than Housh.
