Except for Barbosa, I think those players are far too old to help the Suns at this point.

I was referring to how late in the draft these players were selected. I think Larry Nance wasn't even selected until the twentieth pick... but I think you know my argument.

Yeah, it was a joke. Nance was 22nd as I recall -- maybe that's why he wore that number? I remember wanting Lister instead.

I caught it. I was reaffirming my argument for the youngsters in the audience. :)

I do think Nance was drafted twentieth in the NBA Draft per my Googling. Ah, the luxuries of letting a pc do my research. Actually I was an avid ASU fan back then and I thought Sam Williams would make a better NBA big man than Alton Lister. I don't know why Sam didn't make it. He had all the tools at least for a top notch defensive player. I really miss the run and gun Ned Wulk era.
