I just watched it. I liked it slightly more than the first movie, I mean volume, or whatever it’s supposed to be called. I was really getting the heebie-jeebies when she was trapped in the casket. I really liked the ending, it was wrapped up very nicely. If you ever have a bunch of time to kill, check out the trivia sections at IMDB for these two, they’re filled with all sorts of interesting stuff.

What in particular jumped out at you?

/I love both films

Like I mentioned on the other thread, I thought VII was a far better movie than the first one. I loved the story, the violence wasn't as campy and it was just fantastically done.

I enjoyed finding out exactly what happened at the wedding rehearsal. Bill’s dialogue at the end was perfect, as was The Bride’s reaction when she found out her child was still alive. (I actually didn’t see that coming) Michael Madsen is one of my favorite supporting actors, so I really enjoyed his chapter.

It's an endless discussion whether or not this is one or two movies.

The film was planned to be one movie, BUT one movie split in two totally different styles.

Tarantino did the same in From Dusk to Dawn, where he and Robert Rodriguez split the movie and instructed one part each.

Tarantino is inspired by Hong Kong karate movies and Spaghetti westerns. Each part of Kill Bill represent each style.

These are by far my favorite moves i'm just a huge fan of Uma Thurman and she was awsome in the kill bill movies I wish the fight with bill at the end of vol 2 wouldve lasted a little bit longer but other then that it was a great film. And the part where she does her training with Pai Mai is awsome lol, oh yeah also the part where she poked out Elle eye in buds trailer was great talk about a bad way to lose a fight :)

In a van...down by the river.
Bump:
Picked both films up on BRD yesterday.
They flow very well seen in immediate succession and they sound fantastic!
I do like Vol 2 slightly more but I see these films as one story...hence, one film.
