I just watched it. I’ve been wanting to see it for a long time and it was definitely worth the wait. I pretty much agree with everything that has already been posted in this thread. I like that fact that it was split into two parts, that was a lot of action to digest in one sitting. I imagine that part 2 will be just as intense. Boy, people sure bleed a lot in this.

Part two is a much better film than part one, IMO. The story is better and the violence isn't as campy.

I'm still waiting for the release of them combined as one movie. It was rumored to be happening at the end of 2006 but I haven't heard any news. Has anyone else heard anything?
