Turk looks like he has MONO.
Nash and his wife had a son this morning as well, so I'm expecting a huge game from him.
Thank you, thank you very much. Holla!
I don't think he would. He'd be playing the 5 (that hurts just typing it) and he's not slow by center standards. Very seldom do fast breaks involve all 5 guys and he could be pretty effective as the trailer. As for looking lethargic, I think that's pretty much always been the case.
I don't know how our team would integrate this but I think he'd make a better high post center than he would a power forward. He's not ideal for this team no matter what but he's too valuable for us to settle for what little we're getting from him now, IMO. Trade him or find a way to really play him.
Steve

Nice call! It's weird that the Suns broadcasters seemed to be ignorant of the baby's arrival. They kept saying "Gee, Nash has a lot of energy, he seems really inspired," without offering any possible theories.

This is so true about the announcers being oblivious to the obvious. Just for the fun of it, I asked my family, who are only the most casual basketball fans (and not watching the game), why Nash would be playing so perky tonight. They said it was because Nash's wife just had given birth to a baby boy and he was playing happy and excited. Thanks Chaplin for pointing it out.

The Suns announced Matteo Nash's birth in a news release Friday, but the crews doing the radio and television broadcasts of Friday night's game against Sacramento were under orders not to mention it.
It's interesting that the New Times in their long article "reporting" that Steve would be retiring on the 15th to run for Mayor of Victoria, BC, didn't report (or know) that he and his wife have been separated.
That's why I put the word "reporting" in quotes. Why clutter up reports with facts when outright fabrications are so much fun?
