Point made, and point true.

But holy mackerel those are some high expectations on someone who hust started his 10th NFL game, and is 2 months into his time with a team.

The knock on Kolb at Philly is he left the pocket too much. I can see that getting better.

If Warner can solve fumbling problems then Kolb can learn to stay in the pocket a bit longer......hmmmm.

Warner solved his problems with glovers, maybe Kolb needs new cleats ?

Then don't sign a $30 million contract, Kevin. You're 28 years old and a 5th year veteran in the NFL. It's time to start making plays that count. You're given the starting job when you couldn't clearly beat out Donnie McNabb in two years, now it's time to not tantrum and sulk after throwing a killer INT and make some plays.

It's not like Matt Schaub needed a quantum leap from his defense to lead the Texans anywhere.

Here's my question about the unconventional way Kolb is playing QB. He is setting a very deep back edge of the pocket...which is not ideal because the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. Yes, his arm strength is good, but...Kolb's instinct is to flush even deeper than the back edge of the pocket, which makes throwing downfield even more difficult. He got away with it on the Fitz TD...but what are the chances that he can get away with setting up deep and running backwards as often as he does?
