THE QB DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THE SAVIOR OF THIS TEAM.

We could win with Trent Dilfer as QB, maybe not the SB, let's not annoint this defense as that good yet but it's good.

It's good enough to win a game no matter WHO plays QB as long as they don't turn the ball over and can have two to three good solid drives we'll win.

We only need about 19 points to win a game so far, that's pretty solid and not asking that much.

I think we're just seeing the team figure this out, as it does the pressure comes off the QB and if they then just take what's there and protect the ball they'll learn to believe they'll win most games.

That sounds easier to do than it is to believe, but they're startign to and it'll losen up the offense some just because all they have to do is what they can do, they are not asked to carry the team anymore like when Warner was here.

I think they are getting there, in that kind of offense Kolb should start to settle in and honestly I just want the best QB to play, either one works for me.

Bunk. So if we go out and play a good hard fought game and kolb performs well but we lose we are a laughing stock because we didnt win against a very tough team??

Philly turned over their defensive coaching staff after Kolb departed last summer, and their personnel has had pretty remarkable turnover, as well. Philly didn't have DRC or Nmandi when he was there. They stole their middle linebacker from Houston last offseason.

As for the offense? Andy Reid has been running that system for approximately 100 years in Philly. Whatever they're going to do is likely already on tape.

No matter what Coaches may say, players do lose their jobs following injury. It happened to Kolb in Philly. Whiz will go with 'the guy who gives us the best chance to win' and that will be the simple rationalization for whomever he names. Does anybody actually believe that if Kolb wins next Sunday, he won't be behind centre a week later?
