i was slightly off there. I said less than 23 TDs and 10 INTs... his numbers were actually 24 TDs and 10 INTs with 3787 passing yards.
Ok but add 3 more games to that and be could have 30 TDs and 4600 yards passing

you must have missed the second half of the post you quoted. so here it is again:

"and before someone chimes in with "he did that in only 13 games", availability is part of being a successful player. Last year everyone said injury slowed him down and that's why his stats fell off. Well, this year injuries did the same thing. If that's going to be something that happens moving forward, injuries get baked into the cake of overall effectiveness to me."

your numbers above are nothing but fantasy if the guy can't consistently stay healthy. which he hasn't for two of three seasons.

Not entirely sure how that's germane to the question.
His stats and game got him to the pro bowl. Im just saying. Listen. Some don’t like KM. That’s fine. I think it’s dumb trying to put down his game.

Fair enough. But your opinion. Like I said KM is great to me and I wouldn’t get rid of him. Some here don’t like him and criticize him. Heck people here didn’t like Warner either. Oh well

Chandler Jones got voted to the pro bowl also. Not sure that means much either.

It’s not an opinion. It’s facts. You can deny that they mean anything, but Kyler’s failed to eclipse 4000 yards passing in three chances now, and the past two years he’s gotten measurably worse in the last third of the season when attrition sets in and the best quarterbacks put their teams on their backs.

You can place a Kanyeshrug on that if you like. No one is saying we should get rid of him; your liking him doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have a ton of work to do to get past Justin Herbert, Jimmy Garappolo, Mac Jones, and the rest of the leagues elite passers.

Torts certainly didn’t pull any punches. Unfortunately this isn’t acceptable in most circles including the workplace. The best bosses I ever had were the most demanding. They had your back though which is all you could ask. Times have changed or maybe it has passed me by.
No those are still the best bosses. When I hear “demanding” I interpret it as “high expectations.” I hope my boss has those for me, and I have them for everyone on my team. If they fail to meet them on rare occasions I first look at what I could’ve done to help them meet them, but I also ask them if they know when they failed to meet them - usually I don’t even have to ask as they bring it up proactively to me. Usually with a game plan for how it won’t happen in the future. And it doesn’t. And I get to promote them and provide raises and bonuses. And if someone else comes at them I’ll go to bat for them abd we’ll deal with the issue in-house.
