A big if, but if Booker plays to his normal level, Paul gets fully healed, and Payne keeps up this level of play, the Suns are going to have a guard rotation that will kill everyone else the rest of the playoffs.

We would be able to score a lot of points against the Nets, it’s really the defense that would be the key. If we don’t have the defense the nets will just score more points than us. If you have the defense we can try to prevent them from scoring as much. Thank you captain obvious.

Even just hitting that one smoothly puts at least a question their minds. I’m sure they’ll still play him for the 3, but maybe it creates an extra 6 inches of space for driving the lane or three point shots for others.

If Paul's opts out and leaves then we could pay Payne more since we'll have cap space. Basically we can only offer the mid level exception to Payne otherwise.
