After watching last nights game I wonder if the players have truly thrown in the towel. The miscues in the outfield, Alomar actually seemed startled at the line drive in the 1st or 2nd inning. I thought he should have had that ball ot at least try to catch it.

The old saying its not the number of hits but when you get them is so true. This team just can't get the hit at the right time. How about Alomar coming up with 2 on, Randy had just walked on 4 pitches, and he swings at the 1st pitch. Didn't he have any plan when he came to bat?

I think that we will see an all new management team after the season. I wish that we had let Joe Jr go when Brenly was fired and and the new 1st base coach, Jones?, was hired as the GM. He appears to be a godd judge of talent when he was director of the minor leagues.

Well it will be fun watching who goes and who stays over the next 2 weeks. I am torn about trading RJ. I know that we could get a lot for him but also would like to see him retire as a D-Back. I think we should have traded Gonzo last summer for pitching prospects.

The rest of the year is going to be long.
