I tried, but the ESPN link said "file not found." Was that part of the joke?

If you click on the picture to the left of the title it should work.

Yeah, no offense, but I've already put in way too much time trying to get it to work. I'll just have to take your word for it.

Ok the video is a pain in the ass. It is a post game interview with Lebron and Delonte West. West hit the game winning shot, Lebron got the assist. First West is interviewed says some incomprehensible garbage then,

Q: Lebron we're used to seeing that from you. How big was that shot?

Lebron: I think it's more big for Delonte's confidence. To see that I have faith in him, its more big for him.

LOL, that's very funny, because I remember seeing the end of that very game live and being appalled during the immediate post-game interview. I didn't realize we were thinking of one of the same exchanges.

well, compared to how Jordan publicly humiliated his teammate Luc Longley on the court, and I guess many other teammates, I'd say LBJ was a saint.:D

If Kobe had spewed that rant of pure stupidity and anti-sportsmanship the media would have his balls over an open flame.

So would every single person on this board (except for BIM, Donald, abomb and Renz)... ;)

I would too. You forget I am a Lakers fan in spite of Kobe. I can't wait until he's gone.

Very poor sportsmanship on James' part. Kareem commented about it and hit it dead on. Many of the greats have had their butts handed to them on a given night, or even for a series, and have gone over to congratulate their opponent. It's part of the game.

I thought skipping the postgame media interview was an automatic fine? I thought I heard today that James would not be fined? Nice message if that's the case. "You may not skip the media interviews, unless you're "King" James."

:lame:

Fine! Fine! Fine! :D

Someone called the sports writer "Phil Jackson's lapdog". I loved that, haha!

The worst part of all of this is that it really made the whole series seemed like a bit of a farce to me. LeBron is a truly amazing player, but after he hit that shot to win game two, it was a bit much for the networks to spend 48 hours talking about how he had excorcised Jordan's shot over Ehlo, and how he's taken his place with Jordan and Kobe as one of the best finishers in the game. It was a last-second win in game TWO when they had already lost home court advantage, in a series they'd go on to lose in six games.

I just feel like it's all a little impatient. LeBron is great. He's going to be in the league for years. Let's just watch--do we HAVE to be "witnesses"?
