Rhodes sucked last year and they are a run first Offense so shopping Diggs not going to take them out of the win now mode. With a deep draft and getting at extra pick if they do shop Diggs then they can replace expensive luxuries for much cheaper rookies.

CAP restrictions are forcing them to make changes they probably wouldn't have made but these moves could keep them in the mix as SB contenders, IMO.
