Only part I disagree with is the statement that the NFL will want nothing to do with him. Not true. There will be plenty of teams that will want to sign him to see if they could tap something the Cards couldnt. Plus, a change of scenery would do him good (which I think it'll take at this point).

Well this should answer a few questions, because no doubt about it the old Cardinals pull this and he goes on to someone's ring of honor, mark it down.

The new Cardinals MO says he's no better than a journeyman wherever he goes.

This will be interesting in a morbid sort of way, if he does go on to greatness it'll make the Glanville Favre thing look tame by comparison.
