This is where they need a new reality show, complete with a BS cam, you could set up people to post stuff like this then quietly wait 2 months, and then secretly film this girl randomly running into the same guy.

Wait for a while and see if he makes a play at all, mix it up some, sometimes the girl does nothing, sometimes she puts on the full court press.

Film about 4 years worth of these events then run it as a series, my bet, girls 45 to guys 3, just a guess.
