Letter to the fans:

To all the fans of hockey, I don't have to tell you how long of a year it has been. I just want everyone to know that the NHL is still the best league for hockey in the world. No other league can come even close to the level of play in the NHL. When this CBA gets resolved I invite everyone in Phoenix to get out to a game. The Phoenix Coyotes have prepared to come out of this lockout with an exciting and fun team to watch. I think every fan is owed a big apology and when we start playing I think the best way the fans can get that apology is by the players' actions. I can't speak for any other player than myself but I know that I really appreciate the fans and will play my heart out to right a situation that has hurt everyone.

If he's inviting us does that mean he's paying?
