No. We used to have "L. DAVIS" and "R. DAVIS". After Russell left, Leonard went back to just "DAVIS".

There are four BROWNs on the team, all with different first initials. The Cards have always followed this practice. They will use first initial and last name. They let Emmitt Smith have "E. SMITH" because when he played for the Cowboys there were two SMITHS and he never changed the initial witth the Cowboys following the departure of the other Smith. I'm sure the 1,000,000 plus jersey owners were happy.

Johnson is drafted and takes #83. Because Dennis Johnson was also on the team, the jersey reads "83 B. JOHNSON". The following year Bryant changes his number to 80, Dennis is cut, and his jersey is "80 JOHNSON".

The following year the Cards draft Brandon Johnson and now Johnson's entire name is on the back of his jersey: "80 BRYANT JOHNSON".
