This has been the most comprehensive change to this organization I have ever seen. And from an organization that is known for being terrible, that's a wonderful thing. I figured I would put together a detailed list of every change that has been made to this point in the offseason. The person that was replaced will be listed on the left with their replacement on the right. This first post will be coaches. 2nd will be offense and third will be defense

GM: Rod Graves > Steve Keim

Coaches: (I found a site called coachingroots.com that has bios on the coaches, experience, etc. Each name is linked to their corresponding page there)

HC: Ken Whisenhunt > Bruce Arians
Asst. HC: N/A > Tom Moore

Offense:
OC: Mike Miller > Harold Goodwin
Asst. OC: N/A > Kevin Garver
QBC: John McNulty > Freddie Kitchens
RBC: Tommy Robinson > Stump Mitchell
WRC: Frank Reich > Darryl Drake
TEC: Freddie Kitchens > Rick Christophel
OLC: Russ Grimm > Larry Zierlein
O Quality Control: Chad Grimm > N/A

Defense:
DC: Ray Horton > Todd Bowles
DLC: Ron Aiken > Brentson Buckner
LBC: Matt Raich > Mike Caldwell
OLBC/Pass Rush: Ryan Slowik > James Bettcher
Pass Rush Spec.: N/A > Tom Pratt
DBC: Louie Cioffi > Nick Rapone
Asst. DBC: Deshea Townsend > Ryan Slowik
CBC: N/A > Kevin Ross

Special Teams:
STC: Kevin Spencer > Amos Jones
Asst. STC: N/A > Anthony Blevins
STA:( Don't know the difference between this and Asst. STC, but before we had neither and now we have both) N/A > Steve Heiden

I am REALLY impressed with what the FO did on offense. We got rid of a LOT of dead weight, got rid of some overpaid players, and added some huge upgrades at key positions on the cheap. Plus we drafted some legit talent to step in immediately and make an impact that hopefully we can keep for a long time
