“Time flies” when you’re Livvy Dunne!

The LSU gymnast — who announced the end of her collegiate career last week — is looking back on where it all started.

In an Instagram video posted on Monday, April 21, the NIL star, 22, shared highlights of her past, as she looks to what the future holds beyond the mat.

“Time flies when you’re having fun,” Dunne narrated, over footage of herself watching clips of competitions and practices. “Something said when you’re enjoying yourself to the point time seems to slip away from you. And that’s exactly how the past 20 years in this sport have felt.”

She continued, as Billie Eilish’s “What Was I Made For” played in the background: “The highs, the lows, making the U.S. National team and competing for our country. Every risk was worth the reward. Finishing my career over the past five years at the best university in the world has been an incredible journey. And I’m forever grateful.”

After the LSU Tigers failed to advance to the NCAA gymnastics championship final on Thursday, April 17 in Fort Worth, Texas, Dunne — who couldn't compete in the meet due to injury — shared a message on X.

"Couldn’t have asked for a better 5 years! Thank you, LSU," Dunne wrote shortly after the meet. In a second post, she said, “✌️ out gymnastics it’s been real… and of course forever LSU!"

In her video on Monday, she summed up her experience again: “Thank you for everything gymnastics, you were so good to me.”
