With all of the numbers in it's time to give my final mock for the Cardinals.

#15 ILB Tremaine Edmunds V.Tech

Here I'm predicting 5 QBs going before the Cardinals pick. The Cardinals know that defenses win championships and snag their future leader of the defense. Edmunds is a freak of nature and will man the Mike LB spot for years to come.

#47 OT Orlando Brown Okla.
Once considered a mid to high first round pick, a poor showing at the combine has had his stock dropping. However he still is a monster of a man with an expansive wing span. He could man the RT position for years to come. Son of the late Orlando Brown Sr. who famously got hit in the eye when a ref threw a flag at him.

#79 QB Mike White W. Ken.
Here you see Mike White throwing the football but also raising his hand when Stout complains that the QBOTF isn't on the team. He has the size and arm of a NFL QB but didn't have the support at WKU. Most of the time he was running for his life. The Cards hope he develops into something special.

#97 RB Kerryon Johnson Auburn
It's Johnson & Johnson 2.0 but this time around Kerryon provides more of a punch. I absolutely love this kid. I think he slides due to RB being so deep this year. He is a very intelligent and patient runner with the ability to catch the ball out of the backfield. He understands his blocking assignments and won't get his QB killed. The Cardinals are going to be more run oriented under Wilks and this selection will help keep DJ fresh. Steal of the Draft.

#134 DT Deadrin Senat South Fla.
This is a big man who will play NT in Wilks 4-3. He will provide a rotational player with Corey Peters to help keep Peters fresh. I've seen him play a few times when USF played UCF and he is a force inside.

#152 WR Justin Watson Penn
Big strong Receiver with consistent production throughout his college career. This kid is a football player and is reported to be a strong teammate and leader. Small school prospect who didn't face much competition.

#182 CB Devron Davis UTSA
Marcus Davenport is the one who is grabbing attention at UTSA but his shining star has led scouts to Davis. Davis has the size and speed that NFL teams covet with their DBs. Davis will be a bit of a project but we all know Keim loves his projects from small schools.

#254 S Troy Apke Penn St
Special teams star with potential at safety. His best shot at making the team will be his special teams play and non stop motor.

Welp, guess I'm finally getting to that point in life where I can say "I remember watching their dad play."

Weird. I still have the mentality that these guys coming out are my age.

Yeah hard to believe it's been 7 years since Orlando Brown Sr passed away of kidney failure. Man I'm getting old.

I think Cards need to consider CB fairly early in the draft.I also have no faith Orlando Brown will put in the work to be a impact player in the NFL.I can understand 6the Edmunds pick #1 but i hope Cards go either OT or DL in 1st RD.CB can be in RD 2 or 3 and QB to develop RD 2-3.Like the Mike White QB pick.

Nice work. Somebody will fall to #15 that nobody is predicting, so if its Edmunds, I will be ecstatic! I have J Jones and Crosby rated higher, but there will be good value there in round 2. K Johnson has very similar skill set to DJ. I have him ranked in the second tier of RB's behind Barkely. He would be a great #2 back and insurance if DJ gets hurt.

Agreed... If 5 QBs go in the Top 14, someone will fall for sure like Edmunds, James, Fitzpatrick, Ward, Vea, etc. I also love Kerryon Johnson as a backup to DJ. He looked very physical when I watched Auburn play.

Nice draft MCD except for the Brown pick. Imo this kid can’t play tackle at the NFL level. Look at all the early 1st round OTs whom recently have been very large & considered road graders...they have failed miserably.

Pass rushers are getting to quick for these guys to handle imo & it’s time to go for leaner OTs to handle the trend.
