MadJack's Banner Suggestions - MNF Jets Game

No, there is no requirement (and never has been) that I give the Cardinals notice or receive any sort of formal approval. Regardless, I often communicate with them beforehand for getting the logistics of the pick up time for the banner to go into the stadium. As a courtesy, I give them a heads up on the final banner choice as well. It's all good, dude.

Good to know, Jack. It is still ridiculous that "NO FIX IT, NO BISCUIT" was not allowed. I wonder who made that decision? Some lower level employee for the Cards that did not know your history with the team or what? Seemed to come out of nowhere after some of the other pointed or sarcastic banners of the past. I still cannot believe it.

I was told it was escalated 'all the way to the top' for rejection. That is most likely M. Bidwill though I would be interested to know if BA had a vote and what he thought....

I'm guessing the criteria has changed due to heightened sensitivities for their poor record at that time (1-3). Also, there is typically greater scrutiny for nationally televised games for obvious reasons. Hey, at least now I know....

I feel for MJ bc the denial was bush league in my opinion.

And I don't think Sanders is bashing MJ, so leave him alone. He's CORRECTLY criticizing the lameness of the cards organization.
