Post cycle therapy. Most anabolic steroids for the most part will lower your NATURAL testosterone (which is why people take injectable test along with steroids, so they can replace the natural testosterone that has decreased) and raise estrogen. So after a cycle they take the PCT, typically an anti estrogen such as Nolvadex to help boost up the natural testosterone, and lower the estrogen. Basically balancing out the hormones to where they are supposed to be

I still do not understand the overwhelming uproar of performance enhancing drugs in baseball.

Agreed 100%, all the steroid nonsense over the past few years is getting so old. Every time I hear the words "Steroids" or "Brett Favre" I want to throw my shoe at the TV.

I wish a bunch of washed up players would start a competing ABA style baseball league. But instead of 3 point lines, afros and multicolored balls they could have short porches and roids
