Jeeezus! Get that guy to Arizona ASAP! The Browns are clueless. No wonder they go 5-11 every year like the Cardinals.

Rob Ryan or Mangini would be decent DC's. I just don't know how open Rob would be coming to AZ...

I've also read that Cable won't be returning to Oakland. Is he any good as position coach? Have no clue.......

will never happen!!!

I, for one, hope it will never happen. I don't care what anyone thinks he could do. I NEVER want anyone with the surname of Ryan having anything to do with this team again!

In Buddy's defense, alot of people accused him of nepotism when he hired his kids on the staff. They turned out to be pretty good coaches. I would take either as Cards DC anyday.

The Patriots had a terrible year statistically in 2005 with Mangini's only season as DC so I don't know about that.

I don't recall Cable working for the Cards before.

I'm talking about an offensive line coach that was supposed to do a good job. (Grimm)

Well Cable isn't a HOF player who may be getting by on rep more then performance. The bhiich was more tongue in cheek then serious because I haven't followed Cable's career at all.

And Bugel.

I thought he was just the HC with the Cards?

Doesn't matter because I really don't want Cable, he as huge anger mgmt issues.

Bugel was the head coach, but he didn't do much of the Cards' OL. :)

I think Cable would be an improvement.

i totally agree 100% with Dakota. what those 3 said and did to the cards organization (some is understandable) and to the players at the time and to us fans. i want nothing more to do with them, ever!

No thanks, been there, done that.
If we rule out every generalized mistake the Cards have made in the past the organization will be unable to make a move of any kind. This football club has made every mistake possible more than once. They cannot be afraid to move on a player or a coach just because something has not worked in the past.

:nono:

Whiz is an engineer so he first calls Warner to get a game plan err fight strategy and then gets Haley to give him a speech on why he is the next Rocky. Whiz wins easily. :D

Actually the Cards OL under Bugel wasn't bad. IIRC he had the "Wide Bodies". Our problem in those years were injuries.

Sad, but true. Good point.

17th in points and 26th in yards allowed. We'd be thrilled with that in Arizona. :D

Oddly enough NE is ranked 25th in yards allowed this season. But only 8th in points.

I believe Cable's adopted the Gibbs run-blocking system that's always been very good at maximizing talent.
But I have concerns that he may be a terrible person. I don't like rooting for bad people.
