MarionO’Neal brought the Heat to a 4-0 record with home victories over Washington, Denver and Orlando and a road victory at Washington. He averaged 25 points on 65.6 percent shooting, 10.3 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 2.25 blocks. He recorded three double-doubles and led the Heat in minutes, rebounds and blocks in three of the four games.
With the Suns off to their best start in franchise history (21-3), Marion tallied three double-doubles this week. Marion led the Suns to a perfect 4-0 record this week, averaging a team-high 23.3 points on 53.0 percent shooting, 10.8 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2.25 blocks in wins over Orlando, Utah, Seattle and Washington. Dec. 6 vs. Washington: Posted 25 points in the second half with an overall, season-high 40 points, 12 rebounds, five blocks and three assists in a 106-83 win over Washington.
Dec. 15 at Washington: Had 13 points, 12 rebounds and four assists before fouling out in 36 minutes in a 98-93 win over the Wizards..
Dec. 17 vs. Denver: Recorded his team-high fourth 20/10/5 game with 20 points, a game-high 12 rebounds, season-high seven assists, team-high three blocks and one steal in a 107-100 win over the Nuggets.
Dec. 19 vs. Orlando: Scored a team-high 27 points, six rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal in a 117-107 victory over the Magic.

Dec. 13 vs. Orlando: Had a career-high six blocks with 19 points, 10 rebounds and three assists in a 121-100 win over the Magic.
Dec. 15 vs. Utah: Tallied 16 points, 13 rebounds, two blocks, two steals and one assist in a 108-86 victory over the Jazz.
Dec. 17 at Seattle: Scored 22 points with six rebounds, two steals and one assist in a 112-110 win over the SuperSonics at KeyArena.
Dec. 18 vs. Washington: Recorded a season-high 36 points, a season-high six steals, 14 rebounds, two assists and one block in a 110-96 win against the Wizards.
