It is no secret on this board how much I truely hate the Seahawks.

And yes I mean to use the word hate.

I was very happy to see them lose yesterday.

But the best was, like most Cardinal fans yesterday, that I was the person people asked for in order to get some background on the Seahawks. We play them twice a year and thus we get a good look at them.

Most of what I said was there OLine is awesome, Alexander can be dangerous but not explosive, there WR are average, and there defense is fast but not strong.

BUT MAINLY I SAID: "Thier QB Matt Hasselbeck is a jerk. When you watch the game he will be around the officials constantly complaining, and whining. Furthermore, if heave forbid he is touched he will complain about that."

And sure enough he lived up to what I said. He was whining and complaining, and pouting like the little baby he is.

I never liked him. He thinks our organization is a joke, and has said multiple times he hates wasting his time playing our team.

I am so happy he lost the Super Bowl, and I hope he never gets another shot at it. Furthermore I want to see Karlos Dansby do to him what he did to Billy Volek this year.

HAHAHAHHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAH! THEY LOST!

By the way you can also throw in that Mike Holmgren was completely out of line as well.

The call on the field was touchdown, and there was NO indisputable evidence to over turn the call. You don't want it to be a TD Mike? Then stop the play in the backfield.

The push off in the endzone WAS A PUSH OFF. It was not much but watch the film. It was enough to throw the defender off balance. If you see the replay watch the defenders feet. Jackson pushed him which cause him to reset his feet, and that second it took to do that is where the WR broke free.

Pittsburg won because they imposed their will defensively on the Seahawks. Only 3 pts in the first half for the Seahawks was all I needed to see in order to know who was going to win that game.

Cry babies! I can't wait to beat on them next year.

It's great to see a division rival get their ass handed to them.

Is Seattle screwed for 2006 -

If the Super Bowl losers of the 2000's of the past are any indication.

'00 NYG: 12-4 After the Super Bowl Loss... 7-9 in '01
'01 STL: 14-2 After the Super Bowl Loss... 7-9 in '02
'02 OAK: 11-5 After the Super Bowl Loss... 4-12 in '03
'03 CAR: 11-5 After the Super Bowl Loss... 7-9 in '04
'04 PHI: 13-3 After the Super Bowl Loss... 6-10 in '05
'05 SEA: 13-3 After the Super Bowl Loss... ???

Here's a question. Would you rather go to the bowl, humiliate yourself, then go 4-12 the next season.

Or continue to fumble around at 5-11.

I don't want to sound like a Microsoft blowhard or anything....but I'd take option A.

There was plenty of whining on the radio today about the officiating of the Super Bowl...

All I can say is, now everyone complaining knows what it is like every freakin' week of the season as a Cardinal fan!

And take away the TD by Rothlisberger and Pittsburgh kicks a FG there and they still win by 7 instead of 11!

When I first saw the title of this thread, I thought it said that Hasselbeck was a Weiner.

I would agree with calling him a weiner, but not a whiner. I fully expect players to work the refs...
