I miss the days when we had an actual rivalry with the Mavs. That hasn't really been the case since about when Marion was traded.

Even if the Suns can play with the Mavs tonight, it is hard to see how they won't wear down like last night. The Mavs have more depth.

Telfair and Morris are liabilities.

Is Gortat kidding? He is playing about as soft as a guy his size can possibly play. Shawn Marion - all 125 pounds of him - was fronting him near the middle of the lane, so that the Mavericks couldn't possibly send a man to help from the weak side. Gortat did a nice job of sealing Marion (not that that's such a difficult task), and the Suns were just throwing it right over the top into Gortat for the easy dunk. Yet somehow, Gortat still managed to twirl around and shoot it with his momentum going away from the basket. He had 8 points and 5 boards in the first quarter - he should've had 16 easy with the way the Mavs were "defending" him.

I think Marqueef Morris has done enough to play himself out of the rotation. He's literal repulsive to watch.

It would have been nice if Carter could have actually given a crap when he played for the Suns (13 points on 6/11 shooting plus 4 rebounds in the 1st half tonight).

I'm so tired of the announcers saying the Suns won't trade Nash unless he requests a trade and Nash won't ask for a trade out of loyalty.

This is a business Suns FO.

I think it is almost comical (I hope I'm wrong) that the Suns hope to attract FAs by keeping Nash. I bet Nash walks after the season is over anyway unless the Suns overpay.

I'm tired of it because it's so repetitive.

Suns down 53-44 at the half. It would probably be a good idea if Nash started shooting (only 2 shots in the 1st half).

Nash should realize that the Suns need another shooter. A PG can run the offense and score in the same game.

The Suns are wearing me down. What do the fans have to look forward too?

I've got an idea. Fire Gentry and make Elston Turner the interim coach. I like Gentry but this has gone far enough. Nash will become unhappy and want to leave. Do it now... before the March 15th trading deadline.

Aaron Brooks can then be signed and be our starting PG when he returns.

I agree, but they need to play him anyway and let the opposing forwards give him an up close lesson on how to play in the NBA. Id rather see him bumbling around for 30 minutes per game than watch one more second of Warrick.

Wow. The Suns build a 10 point lead with Nash on the bench with 7:33 in the 4th quarter. Have to give Warrick credit. He came to play tonight.

Dudley is having a great game on offense and defense. Grant Hill has played solid defense tonight as well.

Nice block, I'll only feel comfortable when the team is shaking hands and walking out with smiles.

Way to choke Hill, going 0/2 from the free throw line with 16 seconds left in the 4th quarter.

What a screw job by the refs. First, they don't call the obvious foul or at a minimum the blocked shot and then they make that BS call against Gortat. The foul from Dirk occurs well before Marcin's arm hits him.
