Amare needs 51 points to raise his scoring average to 20. And 18 rebounds to hit 9.0rpg.
And a little over 50+%FG to get 50%FG average for the season.

Will the Mavs put Danny Fortson on the court? Could be a loud night at AWA.

F - Zarko
F - Marion
G - Barbosa
G - JJ

I like this better than the other lineup, especially vs the Mavs

Great defense.

Amare has 4 blocks in the first quarter without playing the whole quarter.

Too bad they allow yet another team way over 50% shooting and on pace to easily over 100 points. Heck more like 150 points.

D'Antoni had a long private discussion with him this morning.

No defense!

And no rebounding either. Everyone on the Mavs can get offensive rebounds on us.

This is so ridiculous.

Marion, Johnson, Barbosa they are supposed to be good defenders but the defense we are playing we allow perimeter players to just walk in the paint and lay it in.

If D'Antoni can't help us get Kobe he needs to go this defense is the worst I have ever seen in the NBA.

Those shooting percentages make you think we are in the 70s.

65-34

Dallas had 38 in the first quarter!

Keep Amare, Tim Grguric, Eddie Johnson, Al McCoy, Cotton and maybe Chambers.

Everyone else can go and I won't miss them for a second that includes all management and broadcasters. This is just pathetic.

D'Antoni is pathetic, he should go back to europe where he doesn't need to coach defense.

The only thing that could save this day was if Dallas put Danny Fortson on the court so the Suns can beat him up on the court at least.

Marion has 3 missed 3pter already and 6 shots taken.

Now I would fully understand why Amare Stoudemire would slap a teammate. He should beat up everyone at halftime in the locker room.:bang: :computer: :barf:

Ok. Only down by 28 at the half.

"Do you think I have a chance?"

"...1 in a million."

"Yes!"

man did you butcher that one.

"Odds like 1 in a hundred?"
"More, like one in a million."
So, you're saying there's a chance. Yes!"

This team is dead - have they just quit on the season - and I agree with slin to a point - this team could be completely obliterated for all I care - as long as Amare and Al McCoy come out unscathed - everyone else - especially Marion and the human Masrhmallow are cream puffs.

I've enver been embarrassed of a Suns squad like this one - although we keep inchining closer to a better chance of getting the first pick - whoever the hell that's gonna be.

Is it possible to be any more disappointed in Shawn Marion? I mean, what happened to this guy? He has completely, utterly disappeared! I know some guys have bad years, but this is ridiculous! As far as we know, he's not even injured...

LOL! Yeah, I'm not too good with movie quotes. But, you got the point...

I say get rid of the Gorilla and his dancing boys, as well.

Marion is a shell of his former self. Yet, as I write, he just hits another 3. Go figure.

Our defense is just pathetic still.

Not as bad but still bad.

Marion hit some 3s this quarter, lucky. If he didn't I would be blasting him now. I am sure he will take more 3s in the 4th quarter however now that he actually made some.

I want to see Eisley rot on that bench.

First of all he immediately takes the first 2 shots in the 4th quarter and on the other end we have to endure his attempt of defense on Marquis Daniels.

Ho Eisley 0-4
Casey Jacobsen 0-6
Barbosa 1-4
Lampe 0-5
Voshkul 1-3

The bench is 1-18. Please stop trying to tell us we don't need depth or we are 3 deep or something like that at every position.

At least Barbosa and Lampe are rookies. The other guys should be on the trading block pronto or not getting any time next season.

on the other hand the Mavs bench is incredibly deep. It's like two starting teams in one. Antwon Jamison off the bench? jiminy!

Harvey needs to give Fortson a shot. We have no respect for physicality in the league. Everyone thinks the Suns are soft. :bigyawn:

Keep:
Amare
Johnson
Barbosa
Zarko
Harvey!!!!!! <- He is a better player and better energy guy than Jake
Vujanic
Lampe

Get them out of here:
Voshkul
Jacobsen
Eisley
White
Marion

And use that lottery pick and Cavs pick to move Eisley and possibly White.

Target Kobe and TMac and you would still have a lot of capspace if you can get rid off Marion, White, Eisley, Voshkul, Jacobsen and our picks.

Ok, that would be more scoring, but everyone ignores me when I say we would still have a problem with rebounding and shot blocking! We need good big men as much as we do scorers. :(

Umm yes if you can get a TMac for him he has to go in a second.

Joe Johnson is better than Shawn Marion this season.

Your posts change nightly. One night Voskuhl should be gone, the next he shouldn't.

Then again, you list Jake as a "keep" but Voskuhl as a "Get them out of here"--you really need to take more than 3 1/2 seconds to actually think about what you are writing.
