Okay... this is rich. Good ol' Mikey decided to jump into the fray and start calling out players who are cutting corners. This coming from a Bidwill is beyond laughable, especially considering they basically punted on this season, depending on retirees to come back for the offensive line, making next to no upgrades on a team that completely collapsed last year.

If he's serious about not cutting corners as an organization, then he better not sit on his hands and cut corners at GM and HC where the entire FO should be replaced with someone from outside this woeful, pathetic group, who's then given actual free range to decide who the right coach and QB should be for this team moving forward.

Mike, your job is cut hefty checks, get out of the way and **** about anything else.

Man... I hate almost everyone on this team more and more by the day.

Everyone is pointing fingers at everyone now. This all lands on Bidwills shoulders. He is ultimately the person responsible for how it all got here. Man get in there to cut some cancer out and holy ish, we have to go to the bone.

this is why it's just not an option to elevate anyone from within for the GM position.

Whole team needs an enema Plain and simple.

Man… just an avalanche of bad headlines for this team today.

Keim AWOL for most of season (right after getting a 5 year extension).

Kliff might want to quit (after a five year deal).

Michael calls players out.

Posters entertaining the idea of promoting from within… makes total sense considering the entirety of the crap circumstances swirling around this team.

The bigger problem now is can you even attract good candidates for these roles? If Bidwill is now going to get a reputation as a micromanaging owner (ala Jerry Jones except without the Cowboys name prestige) who is going to want to come here? I know there are only 32 of these jobs available but you also have to weigh the risk of going into a situation where you are not set up for success. Most GM's/coaches get 1-2 shots so if you are in demand why not wait for a better situation to arise. It gives me less hope that we'll see marked improvement in '23 and if we do see an internal hire it may be because Mike had no better options.

Might not be a choice but a lack of options.

Maybe Stan Wittley will be our GM?? He has 25 years as the groundskeeper at Heinz field and the steelers won multiple Super Bowls during hie tenure.

Or, one of our guys...

Total enema. There is a decade of poop in that festering a hole of a team that will come out.

MB going to paint over a Carson’s RoH plaque for that comment.

In reality this is the NFL so you’re never more than 1-2 seasons away from potentially being good again if you are making the right roster and coaching moves.

I really don’t think Carson gives a crap at all about the ROH or what MB says or thinks of him.
And while yea, teams from time to time do turn things around in a year or two, I think Carson knows what many of us know - that that is only remotely possible with both Keim and Kliff gone, but even then, MB’s track record still doesn’t offer much hope.
And I won’t even get into another Kyler rant…

MB might be worse than Sarver.

He needs to hire an outsider to clean up this disaster, and get the heck away from the team. Meddling dork.
At least Sarver turned it around during the last minute.

This sets a really bad standard going into the off-season. No big name will come here if they have to deal with a meddling owner on the level of Synder
