It's fun. Try it!

It's not entirely realistic---as you will see some players available in rounds where they should be long gone---like Todd Gurley dropping to the 3rd round---but, otherwise, it is reasonable given that their player rankings are solid.

So I just went with picks that I felt were the most realistic, given the choice on the board---and they list those choices with each pick.

Here's my Arizona Cardinals' Draft:

24. Alvin Bud Dupree, OLB, Kentucky
55. Quinten Rollins, CB, Miami (OH)
86. Tyler Lockett, WR/PR/KR, Kansas St.
120. Stephone Anthony, ILB, Clemson
151. David Johnson, RB, Northern iowa
182. Jamon Brown, G/T, Louisville
216. Blake Sims, QB, Alabama

pretty good --

although while much of the board wants a QB -- i just dont see the Cardinals giving up on a 4th round draft pick and acknowledged project (i.e. Logan Thomas) after one year

could Blake Sims be signed as a UDFA? -- sure, but they wont draft one

well thats addictive -- my simulation produced this-- ( although, in round 1, i would have preferred to trade down. No true need position player was close to top available, so went wiht Flowers as BPA). Also: its a simulation -- so each time you run it, the results wont exactly be the same

BTW, for you guys liking Anthony from Clemson, he got rave reviews from my scout friend at the Senior Bowl. He thought he was the overall 2nd best LB there after Orchard.

Thanks Mitch, that's a fun site.

I did a 5 rounder based on composite draft rankings:
1-Alvin Dupree, DE/OLB, Kentucky
2-Tevin Coleman, RB, Indiana
3-Josh Shaw, CB, USC
4-Stefon Diggs, WR, Maryland
5-Tony Washington, OLB, Oregon

karma and irobot---loved yours---thanks for posting.

I tried it again---and this time players who were there the first time in certain rounds were gone---which made it interesting.

Arizona Cardinals' Mock #2:

24. Kevin White, WR, West Virginia---if he's still on the board at #24, he's too talented to pass up, imho:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LpNVPq2XUKo

55. Lorenzo Mauldin, OLB/ILB, Louisville---love his versatility.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pc5XW7tkg7s

86. Owamagbe Odighizuwa, OLB, UCLA---physical freak, but has had hip surgeries, which cause him to slide into Rd. 3.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w7quo2JaE18

120. Tevin Coleman, RB, Indiana---a steal here for this explosive RB

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hDMoVqxhNo

151. Tyeler Davison, DT, Fresno St.---really caught me eye at the Senior Bowl.

182. Antwan Goodley, WR, Baylor---not a burner, but good physical and tough WR, excellent route runner---too good to pass up here.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4MmuODli3Xg

216. James Vaughters, OLB, Stanford---has the talent, but hasn't put up the kind of big numbers that would get him drafted earlier---was a prized recruit from GA.

Note: the context of this draft is that the OL was taken care of in FA.

Good picks, man!

Yes, I thought he looked explosive. I think the 40 at the combine may decide where he goes...if it's good: rds. 2-3...if it's average: rds. 4-5.

You couldn't ask for a better draft. I agree on White. It wouldn't surprise me if he goes prior to Cooper. Okay, it would surprise me a little, but he's that good.

Haven't spent a lot of time focusing on the draft, so went with some bigger names from big schools (which I know isn't super realistic) - used the composite rankings...

24: R1P24 - ILB BENARDRICK MCKINNEY - MISSISSIPPI STATE
55: R2P23 - OLB MARKUS GOLDEN - MISSOURI
86: R3P22 - WR DEVIN SMITH - OHIO STATE
120: R4P24 - CB DORAN GRANT - OHIO STATE
151: R5P23 - RB JEREMY LANGFORD - MICHIGAN STATE
182: R6P22 - C MAX GARCIA - FLORIDA
216: R7P24 - TE BLAKE BELL - OKLAHOMA
