Kirk Snyder. He supposedly got a lottery promise, and despite denials, I think Portland is the team.

I would not discount Nelson. Supposedly they had some problems at PG after trading McInnis and Nelson is probably the best PG on the board at this point.

Snyder is probably the bester prospect in terms of eventually becoming a starter, but Nelson would be a better need pick.

The Blazers have another pick at 23, and rumor has it they've given a promise to Sebastian Telfair, as well. (Although the Snyder rumor doesn't seem to have much traction, since Snyder is still working out for teams.)

Since Telfair isn't on the board yet, and Luke Jackson is already gone, I'll go with Snyder anyway. The Blazers have apparently dumped Qyntel Woods, and it's tough to see which direction they're headed. I get the feeling that some of their expiring contracts are going to be packaged for a star player or two some time between June 1 and the trade deadline, but I won't guess which player(s) they'll pick up.

I think that Boston will grab him before Portland comes up at 23.
