Well, we can't be sure that the universe wouldn't implode if someone actually changed their mind about a prospect so it's probably better that way.
The other thing with Jackson is injury risk. Will he be running 10+ read/option plays per game in the NFL? If so, I think he's an injury waiting to happen. If not, I don't think his skills as a passer will hold up. He has plenty of arm strength but I just didn't see very many well-placed, tight window, anticipation throws. He has some skills and maybe an OC can build something around them but overall, I think it's going to be a limiting factor. I could be wrong and his athleticism will overcome all but I remember when the Steelers tried to do that with Kordell Stewart. It just never seems to really work in the long run.
