Exactly, which is why I said, if the waiver is declined it wont be due to Miller or UA.

The former HS coach is in a non coaching position at St Johns so by rule Momo can't play for him for a set number of years. He'd have to sit out this coming year and then transfer to St Johns if he goes to St Johns this year, hes' permanently ineligible to play there.

One of the great jokes from Jim valvano was when he was coaching at Iona. He said we pulled into a motel late one night and I went in to check in and said I'm Jim Valvano Iona College and the night clerk said "yeah and I own this motel."
