So the tour is over, according to Schefter. He won't visit Miami. Seems like it is down to 2 teams.
I just can't help but think that he had a team in mind from the get-go and would have only visited Miami if DEN-AZ tour hadn't gone well.
I think one of the teams was clearly his first choice and the other was an intriguing option that piqued his curiosity.
Bottom line, whichever of the two teams was his favorite going in, that is probably the team he's signing with.
Still think it is gonna be AZ, but my certainty is wavering. Damn pundits. No one wants to admit that we could possibly come out on top and it is starting to wear me down. Can't wait to hear Gambo on the radio today. Hopefully he will elaborate on his tweets, but I doubt he will do anything but repeat the tweets over and over with different voice inflections.

Looks like the Niners are out as a "surprise" team, if they ever really were in it. Alex Smith is happy with their contract offer and plans to sign it.
