I would want Moss in az, but it obviously would have to be under the right trade scenario. There is NO WAY I would give up multiple front line talent for him

It'll never happen IMO. The Bidwills would never sign Moss.

Either way, I wouldn't want him because I don't think he cares enough about winning. Randy is all about Randy.

Why would we give up our entire team for one player...Moss is great, but not that great...Minnesota Paper must think AZ is the stupidest team in history....

I think the Cards got rid of a reciever with similar problems(for nothing in return) as Moss a couple of seasons ago. I just don't thank they could get away with a move like that in the eyes of the public.

Not thinking of any trade in particular.

The question is simply, would you want Moss on your team...like, as if he were free.

Hasn't won jack. Never will win jack. Selfish, and his best years are behind him.

NO

besides, we cut his athletic equal last summer when we dropped Kevin Kasper. :)

The Cowboys did it to them so I guess they think they can do it to someone else

Devon has a point, but, within the framework of the guys we already have - Moss's downside is far greater than his upside.

I agree we need a home run threat. But it can be in the form of someone who compliments the three big receivers we already have - for example a smurf-type who runs sharp routes, has good hands and can fly.

That kind of guy figures to cost a lot less money than would Moss. And you'd have the addtional potential benefit of someone positive in your locker room.

Another way to look at it would be: Would you rather spend Randy Moss kind of money on Randy Moss? Or would you rather spend it on a high-profile QB or a shutdown corner?

I would definately want him on our team if it did not jepordize the teams' future..if no strings attached I would dance the jig to have Randy here.

Imagine Randy and Fitz on opposite sides, and Q (the best slot reciever in the NFL) back where he thrives...

Free=YES giving up 3-5 quality players=heck NO!

Not "irregardless" of trade parameters, hell no. No player is worth that. But, I would give up a FUTURE #1 pick. I think he'd be on his best behavior for at least a year for Green, and probably have a monster season.

Did anyone catch the graphic on Moss' playoff TDs? He has 9 in his career, which he has caught in eight games. The other names on the list with that many TD catches were impressive (Rice, Swann, etc.). The next closest in fewest games to reach that number? Sixteen!

Yeah that's the thing that's so confounding about Moss. If you just take his career to date and extrapolate a few years you can actually make an argument for him being the best WR of alltime over even Jerry Rice. but where a guy like Rice worked so hard to be the best player possible, Moss essentially just gets by on talent. If he had a quarter of Rice's work ethic he'd be essentially unstoppable, on sheer talent alone he's the best in the game today, but he could be so much better if he cared.

But the fact is if the Vikings dump him they will find out quickly how good all those RB's and WR's really are. Culpepper is a great player but Moss has played 7 years and 6 of them he's had 10 TD's or more, 3 of them 15 or more. Take him out of that offense and watch Culpepper's numbers come down. Teams will move safeties up, the RB's won't look so good etc. Culpepper is their best player, but Moss is their most valuable because he forces teams to play a safety back on every play.

Oh, you mean he's just talented? Nevermind, I don't want a guy that gets by on talent. Give me Fred Wakefield at WR, he'll work harder than anyone in the game at being the best WR he can be!

;)
