Flipside...

Colt McCoy is pushing 50... might be considering retiring soon...

But mcsorley is young

Well, Colt isn't retired yet and has KK's confidence.

The team has to manage 53 and 16 on the PS, and we will likely keep at least one QB on the PS.

I like McSorley, moxie and all, but simply don't want to use one of the 53 on a 3rd string QB.

Yet, doesn’t KK like to keep 3 QB’s. I think so.

Dimukeje looked like a guy who spent the offseason trying to make the roster.

Dortch looked like a depth WR and might add somethign as a returner.

Marquis Hayes looked pretty good. He knows how to use his length and attacks defenders which helped him pick line stunts. I also like that he looks find work.

Cam Thomas looked slow or at least he struggled to separate.

Myjai Sanders looked like he needs to add some size and strength.

Eno was a meh.

Collins was a meh.

Luketa looked strong ala Dimukeje.

James Wiggins looked good.

Matthew held his own at CB.

Ingram caught the ball well which matters.

Lecitus Smith looked good for his first game at C.

I think Williams might be the #2 despite the Eno hype and received that treatment.
Maybe. Or the team doesn't think he's going to make the roster at all.

He makes a little over $1 million and it's mostly guaranteed. Not a huge hit if you let him go.

Prater still has a leg but yeah I was quite surprised we didn't try to get a young punter and K this year at least for camp battles.

FYI Araiza the SDSU punter had an 82 yarder in his debut last night. It was a touchback but it rolled in and was actually fairly well placed he just outkicked the coverage

I think this is a stretch. I can't count any rostered players who aren't projected starters(ish) that didnt get some reps last night.
