Keep the sad excuses for your own thread.
Oh, the injuries are very much a reason, not an excuse. It's insane how much they (and the gambling suspension of Tonali) have crushed the team. Basically the only new signing who has played meaningful minutes has been Livramento, and that only because of injury.

That said, Howe has been terrible since December. Godawful. The Mags are who we think they are!

Yes, and when Arsenal wore down last season and had key injuries they became "bottlers."

Very cowardly play from the Gunners yesterday against a team missing Kyle Walker and John Stones. Shameful.

That was the worst game that I can remember from two teams that are supposed to be exciting. Both teams should be ashamed of themselves.

I didn't watch. Whatever it takes, sir.
You shouldn't. It was beyond boring. It was clear both teams were afraid to lose, than trying to win.

City have been very tentative against Arsenal and Liverpool this season for some reason. It seems like the EPL this season is more like a battle of attrition on who can hammer the mid-table teams like Newcastle the hardest. Sad!

The haven't beaten any team in the top 5 this season. It isn't like them.

Both teams can score so it makes sense that both teams played "defensive" :)

Roy Keane saying Haaland looked like a League 2 player is awesomesauce
The refs let both teams get away with a LOT IMO. There was a lot of wrestling between Haaland and the 2 CBs.

Haaland hasn't been right since his foot injury. He was a force of nature last season. This season he can't seem to connect. I think a lot of it is KDB being out and the attack being more direct from the wings.

I think Arsenal should be happy. In trying to win a league, getting a point at a team that hasn't lost at home in forever and a clean sheet against a team that always scores goals at home is a good point.
