NBC Entertainment president Kevin Reilly started his network's portion of the TCA press tour by announcing full-season renewals for four shows: My Name Is Earl, Heroes, Law & Order: SVU, and The Office.
According to Variety, Twentieth Century Fox TV is in talks with TBS about a possible 13-episode pickup of "My Name Is Earl." TBS already carries "Earl" reruns.
The talks for new episodes are said to be in the very preliminary stages, and it's far from certain that a deal will be reached.
Previously there were reports that the Fox network might pick up the project from its sibling studio.
