One of the shows the company I work for produces airs on the Outdoor Life Network called "Fearless" and are currently working on a Pat Tillman episode.

Unfortunately, a different Associate Producer was assigned to the show ( and they all know what a huge Cards fan I am :( )

I hope it turns out great, the only thing that sucks is that Tillman family is not participating I should say they are providing pictures they just dont want to talk about it(I cant blame them though after all that has happened).

Also, the NFL is not letting us use much footage, but we have a ton of High school and college footage and interviews with ex teammates from college and pros.

I hope we are able to do him justice...

right on bro. Sorry to hear they are bypassing you, what better person to do it and make sure its done right. Hopefully you can still have a hand in it.

The movie "Blackhawk Down" was an account of a battle our SOF's were involved in on Oct 3, 1993. When hollywood first approached the Army and other units to relay their intentions, the Army extended their full and complete support- 60's, little birds, training for the actors, etc. so long as they kept the cowboy **** out of it, and protrayed what exactly happened to these guys, a great many of whom died as a result- 1 in 5. Both sides worked together to pretty much create one of the best and most accurate movies of our boys in uniform. I am sure the Tillmans resistence to this has to do with much of the bs sensationalism that others capitalized on in the past in regards to this situation.
