Oh I missed that. Too bad, I kind of want people to confuse me with him. He gets all the attention and I'm getting kind of jealous.

I don't understand how this guy remains in the league. You would think that other teams would hire a hit squad to take out his knees with a crow bar. He is easily the dirtiest player in the league and is constantly rewarded with praise regarding his ability... ability?

Seriously...that is one of the most ridiculous plays I've ever seen.

Imagine if that were Kobe Karate Kid there instead of Bowen...he would be absolutely CRUCIFIED.

Thats the play, the one I was talking about, no hand anywhere near the ball. Incredible, he should have got a 15 game suspension and "rasheed watch status" with a 20 game suspension for the next offense. That could have resulted in a serious neck injury, worse than a punch, at least the punch of a basketball player like Melo. Watching that play convinces me that bowen knows how to use his feet very well. The kick at amares ankle last year looks less incidental after seeing how accurately bowen placed his foot in that play. I also know that steve Nash knows how to accurately place his feet, he makes shots with them. The difference is that Nash did not make a move that would obviously lead to injury. I see guys all the time stick their feet out on a dribble penetrator(eg the spurs did it to nash many times in the palyoffs last year).

I hate to see the game come to this, but failure to enforce the rules leads to this crap. Players have no respect for each other anymore. And severe penalties(perhaps 10 game suspensions) should be meted out for highly risky fouls that present a high risk of injury.

wow, thats pretty freaking bad. Dirty almost.
Almost? More like blatant!
While you truly cannot infer intent, if to harm or not, you can SURELY see he stuck his foot out to trip Felton ON PURPOSE.

Dirty.

And it wasn't the first time.

Not directed at you personally, just the comment in general.
Yours was the most recent.

If you saw the game, Nash was one of the first ones over to Felton to see if he was ok. He may have left his foot there, but he did not have cruel intentions.

Nash's play was obviously intentional but not malicious IMO. Nash uses his feet a lot especially when he's getting beat by the offensive player. He gets a lot of kicked balls this way when the offensive player makes a move and then kicks it out. I think Nash just got beat and his natural reaction was to use his feet to slow Felton down. It's a bad move on Nash's part because there is potential for injury whenever you do that.

OMG - I've never seen that clip before. Wow.

And WOW on Bowen's hops. Does anyone realize how freaking high he is to kick DOWN on someone's face?

After seeing it again, it did look like he did it on purpose. I doubt the intent to injure was a motive, but he was trying to trip him for sure.
