Also to call for a pick in the xbox version, you press in the left thumbstick. I can scan the manual and email it to you if you want it.

That's exactly the same for PS2, just push in the analog stick.

There is a roster manager on the main screen before you go into the game modes where you can manipulate the rosters (trade players, change stats, create players, etc.). The only problem with this is that any saved leagues will not reflect your changes. I recommend saving the roster after you make the changes.

Ah, left stick, I was thinking left button.

So, a league I have now wont have any changes I make to rosters and attributes...I'd have to change them, then start a new league?

yeah, that is one of the features that kind of sucks. You can also download roster updates from Xbox Live (those also require you to restart your league).

The PS2 has free roster updates as long as you have the network adapter and an open internet connection.

Xbox is free too, as long as you have Xbox live and a high-speed connection.

But xbox connect is :) and you can play every game that has system link capabilities on it.

The main thing everyone plays on it is Halo (which is not available on Xbox Live).

You can also play the rest of these for free:
Brute Force
Clone Wars
DeathRow
Ghost Recon
MechAssault
MotoGP
MotoGP 2
Nascar Heat
NFL Fever 2003
Serious Sam
Time Spliters 2
Tony Hawk 2x
Tony Hawk 3
Tony Hawk 4
Unreal Championship
Whacked
Wolfenstein

You run the xbconnect software on one of your pc's and have your xbox plugged into your hub/switch/router as well. The software connects you into a kind of chatroom where you can host and join online games. The software basically tricks your xbox into thinking that those other people are directly connected to your xbox with thier xbox (system link game). You can find out more at www.xbconnect.com. I've been using it for a couple months now to play halo against my boss. It usually works really well, but some nights there is some lag (just like xbox live).
