Can anyone think of a worse number one draft pick than Bennett, especially one where injuries have not been a major factor?

He's probably the worst ever, but in fairness, it was considered a very weak draft, and no one else has exactly lit it up either. Of course there are some decent role players who were taken later, but when you pick #1, you're looking for someone with greater upside.

That was a pretty bad pick, and possibly worst ever, but I'd take a chance on him if he was available as a FA. I wouldn't give up picks or players for him in a trade, but if he gets waved why not? It's not as if we're loaded at the PF spot.

On Bennett's current pace he is significantly worse than those guys. Brown and the Kandiman played out their rookie deals, were sub-par players but starters nonetheless for multiple years. Bennett is getting axed from his rookie deal and couldn't crack the rotation his first 2 years of two of the league's worst teams.

The Lakers better hope D'Angelo Russell is the real deal. I'm not sure what the Lakers were thinking in signing Metta World Peace unless they view him as a stabilizing influence. Did I just say that?

Does Bennett really have a "pace" yet? He hasn't been healthy enough even to have a look.

But in his defense I doubt even he expected to be the number 1 overall pick.

He had shoulder surgery back in May of 2013, once he came back I never got the impression he was playing hurt, or not getting much PT because he was hurt, its just that he was terrible.

And even if he was banged up, countless bad players get hurt and still get to ride out their contracts, you've got to be exceptionally bad to get dumped from your rookie deal.

I think Derrick Rose has bigger things to worry about than his injury. After a woman accused him and friends of raping her together, he came out today and said that the woman consented to having *********.

He says that the reason she is claiming rape is because she wants to get reimbursed for a sex toy that was used during the event.

No I'm not making this up
