Kuzma is more of a sf IMO. He is a good player but would be redundant with Oubre and Mikal.
Perhaps but the Suns can use more talent. Sort of like the draft, BPA.

they are doing pretty well playing Jrue and Lonzo together. Jrue is playing the 2.
Now that's McDonough talk right there. If they try to bring in Kuzma, Mikal our Oubre need to go. A SF glut will just make everyone unhappy.Perhaps but the Suns can use more talent. Sort of like the draft, BPA.

That's not McDonough talk because he didn't have much of an eye for talent. Start Oubre and Kuzma at the forwards and Bridges off the bench.
Suns need more talent and athleticism on the team.

I've thought about it, Kuzma starting along with Oubre would be great. Make Mikal work for it, he's already coming off the bench and still has a lot to prove of becoming a starter. Kuzma, after watching some clips, actually looks quite a bit longer than Oubre. His athleticism, height and offensive punch could really be that piece that we need. Waiting for Ayton to become a "monster" is 50/50 and going to be a few more years out as well as Mikals devleopement, all while Booker is in win-now/soon mode. Kuzma is right there along with Booker and Oubre's timeline of development.
You mean other than right now? With regular minutes the last two years he averaged 5.5 and 6.3 rebounds per game and for his career he’s averaging 5.3.Kuzma is never going to rebound more than 4 a game his entire career. The team already struggles with second chance points on some nights. When Ayton was out it was downright scary. So, we would make the team much worse in rebounding and second chance no?

I mean he’s not a monster rebounder (except against us), but we don’t have to fabricate stats.
His averages are 16.5 points and 5.5 (total rebounds per game) career. I was looking at his stats this season and stand corrected but it's still not good. However, this season his average is 11.8 points and 3.5 rebounds. https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/k/kuzmaky01.html
Ayton is averaging 14.5 points and 12.3 rebounds. Trading even 5 rebounds in terms of career averages is a big deal. With this seasons status that would be nearly 9 rebounds per game (https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/a/aytonde01.html). That's huge with the Suns. I don't see how a guy who appears to play small often who is averaging less points and rebounds than Ayton makes us better.
That trade would be a disaster.
If a trade had to happen give me KAT without EVER thinking about Kuzma for a microsecond.
Hold on, are you trying to gauge a trade that would send Ayton to LA for Kuzma? I don't think anyone is suggesting that and if they are then they're severely underrating Ayton.
I don't know what it would cost to get Kuzma but if LA even tried asking for Ayton I would end all trade talks with them because that's asinine.
Whatever trade to bring Kuzma in would be to pair him with Ayton in the frontcourt. While Kuzma isn't the ideal PF to put next to Ayton, he's an upgrade over Saric, Kaminsky, and I'd even say he'd be better starting than Baynes, moving Baynes back to the bench to back up Ayton and Kuzma.

Maybe I read that wrong but that is what I thought was being suggested in terms of replacing Ayton's production. It doesn't add up.
Dude... no one was talking about putting Ayton on the block for possibly getting Kuzma.
Huh? Now I’m confused. When did the Ayton-KAT trade come into play with kuzma (who, btw, I’m not a fan of either)? His averages are 16.5 points and 5.5 (total rebounds per game) career. Knicks inquiring about Andre Drummond.
Maybe the FO thinks it's too early to give up on Ayton and refuse to include him in any deal? The big question is why aren't we...

Because Drummond is not that good, his contact is expiring and he is not a good fit at all.
We still need an interior defensive anchor and enforcer...
Which Drummond is simply not.
