The Brooklyn Nets (24-51) are coming off an exciting 115-112 win at the Washington Wizards on Saturday that showed how the Nets have grown in terms of finishing games strong. Despite the fact that Brooklyn came away from the game with the win, they also have two new injuries to deal with that could change how the rest of the season looks for the franchise.

The Nets announced on Sunday that forward Cam Johnson is questionable for Monday's game at the Dallas Mavericks due to a lower back contusion that he suffered in Saturday's win over the Wizards. Johnson attacked the rim with 3:21 left in the fourth quarter before coming down hard on his tailbone, requiring that he leave the game despite being able to leave the court under his own power.

Forward Noah Clowney is out for Monday's game at the Mavericks due to a right ankle sprain that he also suffered in Saturday's win at Washington. Clowney rolled his right ankle while trying to defend a drive and unlike Johnson, Clowney had to helped off the floor to get to the locker room, giving an indication that his injury would not be something that he could bounce back from in time for Monday's game in Dallas.

Center Day'Ron Sharpe, who has missed the last three games due to a right knee sprain, remains out for Brooklyn as he continues to do the work to get that knee right in the hopes of returning before the season ends. In Sharpe's absence, center Drew Timme has stepped into the backup center role and has produced well in his two games since signing a multiyear contract with the team.

Timme is averaging 15.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game while shooting 65.0% from the field and 75.0% from the free-throw line in 27.0 minutes per game in his two appearances for the Nets. With Clowney and Sharpe out of the lineup on Monday, he'll be needed more than usual against a Mavericks team that still has Anthony Davis in the frontcourt.

Nets say that Cam Johnson is QUESTIONABLE for Monday's game at the Mavericks due to a lower back contusion.

Noah Clowney is OUT due to a right ankle sprain.

Johnson and Clowney suffered their injuries Saturday at the Wizards.

Day'Ron Sharpe (right knee sprain) remains out.
