Amare with the a nice block to end the half. Him getting to the line is huge. 7 for 7. Even though we sort of stopped on offense our D kept them at bay. We went without a basket for 7mins and NJ ate 2 points off our lead.

Happy with that 1st half.

Amare has been playing some decent defense tonight. He is picking up three defenders every time he touches the ball. In the first they were hitting the open jumpers - in the second, missing nearly all of them.

James "Cant Shoot" Jones needs to go. his "lockdown" D and hustle aren't enough to make up for his lack of offense.

They need to let Jalen Rose move with the ball or post him up when Steve is not in the game. We are relegating him to a 3 point shooter and not using his strengths.

Also, I agree Amare is playing better defense but on at least 3 occasions during this game he watch a guy go to the hoop when he was under the basket.

Alround the Suns are playing great. Both ends of the floor. And Amare is getting plenty of touches and making NJ pay... whom have no answer for Amare.

So a lady friend of mine (my former lady friend) is obsessed with Amare's new tattoo on his left arm. Does anyone know what is says? Its some sort of arched text, over an image of some sort. She seems to think it says 'Nobodies Angel" above a picture of a Precious Moments figure. I find this highly doubtful, has anyone got a good view of the tat?
