Here's another thing, Raja Bell was on fire in the 1st qtr and then I don't think he scored in the 2nd half. Did the team stop trying to get him the ball or did Raja think he had scored enough so someone else should get a turn? He's shooting 52% from 3 over the last 3 games (since coming back from the rib injury), but Marion needs more touches so let him shoot his 30.5% from 3 instead. To Marion's credit, he only attempted 3 3ptrs last night (made 1), which is about half of how many he usually takes per game.

Jones is shooting 4-23 (17%) on two-point attempts this season. That's not good.

Throw in his 6/20 on threes and yikes.

No doubt the guy is a hustler, plays hard on defense (though hard and good are often confused), and crashes the boards.

But his offense is hurting more than he's helping.

His +/- is horrible. -16.5 when he's on the court and +6.3 when he's off. http://www.82games.com/0607/0607PHO.HTM

The only player who is active that is worse on the squad is Marcus Banks, the Suns are at -16.4 when he's on the court and +7.1 when he's off.

Horrible and disappointing so far for both. Both of them are playing so bad that if they might not be tradeable if the Suns decide to make a minor move.

Maybe it's just me but I think Jumaine Jones has the potential to be a TT type player for the Suns. I think he has only played in one regular season and admittedly looked terrible (as I think the rest of the bench did). However, from previous NBA play, I think he could help the Suns.

I think Jumaine Jones has the physical attributes to help the Suns frontline as a reserve. I'm just wondering why he hasn't been given more opportunities to play. I know he has had some ankle injuries but I believe he was dressed out for the last game.

Anyway, if he is healthy, I think Jumaine should be given an opportunity to work into the rotation. I'm not giving up on James Jones, but I think the Suns need more offense and rebounding from him.
