Burrow is the best QB prospect since Luck. No reason for him to throw.

I dont know about that. His arm strength is very average and he played in an offense with amazing players around him. Entire OL will be drafted, 2 1st round receivers, great RB, and an offense no one in college has dealt with before.

I wouldnt be shocked if Burrow was a massive bust, especially going to sad football land.

I like Burrow, but I was very bullish on Murray last year. Murray is/was better than Burrow in a number of ways. Better arm strength, better mobility, ability to throw from a number of arm angles.

I don't get why so many kids aren't going to work out at the combine. Anyone want to shed light?

Don’t know but it’s annoying. If you’re not gonna work out at the combine, give your spot to someone else trying to make an impression on the league. Combine officials have to take this into consideration and deny people who only use the combine as a beauty pageant

I somewhat agree again with you. I'm not nearly as high on Burrow as i was Kyler. And playing in Cincinnati with small hands could be a major problem when the wind and rain are whipping off of the Ohio river.

And I think he has 3 1st round WR's
a 2nd or 3rd round TE
3 1st or 2nd round O Lineman and one 4th or 5th round Center
and a top 5 RB in this draft

His squad was total insanity last year.

Only thing that can occur is that it gets them hurt or costs them money.

Burrow is #1 regardless. And most kids feel more comfortable throwing to their teammates in their home practice facilities.

The one thing and its very important....Burrow has better pocket presence/movement. Probably the best I've ever seen for a prospect. He also throws better on the run imo.

Now if Kyler stayed another year at OU would he be much better in that regard? Probably so. However, that one clear advantage for Burrow makes things a bit more interesting.

Kyler's far more talented. Just gotta move in the pocket and not be afraid of getting hit/while making throws.

They don't like the new drills.

Agents don't want thier top tier guys being embarrassed by a drill they haven't practiced so are getting them to work out at thier pro days instead.

This was a great explanation by Mayock about why 1st round WRs fail so much

I think I’d be happier drafting a defensive player in round one and 1 of the first 4 wr’s in the second. We need a taller bigger wr. Even if Butler blossoms you have to like a combo 3wr set of Fitz, Mims and Kirk with Butler waiting in the wings. Imagine if Fitz misses games next year.

Yes, kind of Sony Michel, not impressive traits but solid, plus didn't have ton of carries as the other backs
I think he will test better than people think. When I watch him on tape I see more juice than other guys his size. IMO, he runs with the quickness of a smaller back.

The problem right now is if you go defense at 8, you have to go OT in round 2, and consider WR in round 3. Free agency can change this, but OT is rounds 1 or 2 IMO and after that there is a significant drop off unless a player like Ezra Cleveland drops to round 3.

Were we all expecting Jeudy and Lamb to be the exact same measurements? Honest question, as I hadnt looked much into it before this morning.
