NFL Draft quarterback prospect Jaxson Dart was seen and reported to have visited the Cleveland Browns on Tuesday afternoon, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The team has hosted several quarterback prospects, and Dart was next up to visit Berea ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft. The team has also hosted Shedeur Sanders, Jalen Milroe, and other potential rookie quarterbacks.

This past season, the Ole Miss quarterback posted a 92.5 overall PFF grade, along with 4,276 yards and 29 passing touchdowns. He also managed to throw only six interceptions in his 13 starts in 2024. Despite his struggles against more competitive defenses, NFL scouts are still finding positive factors in Dart’s future potential.

If the Browns were to consider drafting Jaxson Dart, it wouldn’t be with the second overall pick. After selecting Travis Hunter or Abdul Carter, the Browns would most likely look to select Dart at the top of the second round or trade back into the first round. With the Browns currently predicted to select Travis Hunter with the second overall pick, Dart could be a very realistic option for Cleveland.
