I'm a bit surprised that Hump didn't Crack the top 100. CJ obviously didn't due to missing most of the season.

4 players in top 100 is above avg.

Baker the highest ranked at his position in the NFL and some still don't give him credit.

It would be awesome if one or both of our high 1st rd ILBers would make the list.

Surprised neither Hump and Hudson made Top 100. Hudson, arguably the best C in the league doesn't make the list and 3 others do?

there is a super interesting disparity between the perception of individual talent on the Cards vs. perception of how the team will do

Kyler is regularly listed as a top 10 QB, and a top 3 or 4 fantasy QB (I get, fantasy isnt real life-- but it says everyone expects him to have a very productive season)

i have heard interviews with a variety of national types -- nearly all of whom say something to this effect: the Cardinals have lots of talent/ but its a brutal division/ if they stay healthy......... One said that if they were in the NFC East, he would have them winning 11 or 12 games (!!)

There so much I disagree with in the top 100.

Even in our own. I love Budda but there's no way he's the 18th best player in the NFL.
This really stood out to me, it’s debatable if he’s even a top ten safety.

Kingsbury is on Keim as well. You can’t separate the two.

The Wilks/Kingsbury hires had Michael’s fingerprints all over it. The way their staffs were put together is on Keim. Michael might’ve been looking for a thumbs up from the GM which he knew he was going to get.

The league sees enough talent on this team to win. That's Keim.

If they don't, that's Kingsbury
I think last years offense lacked key players. Wide receiver lacked talent and the interior offensive line was awful.

This is the first year that offensive stumbles will be 100% on Kingsbury. An offense with Murray, Hopkins, Green, Rondale, and the group of RBs should put up points. If its not a top ten unit, Kingsbury is to blame.

What might surprise is that this team might have a better defense and its not out of the realm of possibility that the defense might carry this team.

Fake news. Budda is definitely a top safety. I dont think he's the best, but he's easily top 3-5.

He's definitely top 10 but there's an argument to be made that all the other safeties in the top 100 are better than him. Or certainly not worse.

I'd certainly put Adams, Simmons and Fitzpatrick over him. Maybe even Diggs purely as a free safety and Diggs is 77.

Adams, nor Quandre damn Diggs is better than Budda. Bates being better is actually way more respectable.

Easily top 3-5….yeah, no shot.

Editing to add names and save everyone some time.

I'd take these guys over him:

Simmons
Fitzpatrick
Harrison Smith
John Johnson
Derwin James

and then potentially these guys:

Bates
Marcus Williams
Poyer
Adams
Badger
Maye

Buddha doesn't make enough plays in coverage to be elite and I'm really concerned about his body breaking down and going the Bob Sanders route the way he plays.

I laugh at you guys who say Budda doesn’t deserve to be ranked so high. A very talented committee who knows more
Football than probably most of us combined picked these players. It’s like my Facebook friends giving me advice on the virus.

As a free safety Diggs is better. He had 5 INTs and 10 pdefs last year vs 2/6 Budda.

As a strong safety Adams is better.

As an all round safety that can play both Budda is better but as you can't play both at the same time there are guys that are better at one or the other.

Budda is still young with room to improve though.

That's not remotely what happens.

The list is a vapid distraction before the season starts. Only designed to get clicks and ratings.

I will say though, if do think this means something, if there are guys who you think have exactly the right rating, then why would you laugh at Budda's? The Cardinals and Budda are neither a glamor team or a glamor player.

I don’t think he’s even arguably the beat center in the league anymore. A very good one? Yup. But his rankings have been slipping recently (still a world beater compared to what we’ve had).

Oh good lord now we are extending the “mike chose the coach on his own” fairytale to kingsbury too? Ridiculous.
